Norwalk’s Open Doors helps over 150 local families put food on their tables for Thanksgiving

For over 150 local families, their Thanksgiving meals will be hearty thanks to Opens Doors and a crew of volunteers.  Volunteers from the First Congregational Church of Darien and local residents along with the staff from the Open Doors nonprofit gave out baskets of food Tuesday for the Thanksgiving holiday.
